This Lemongrass Saison has me thinking of gueze, a type of sour beer which is popular in Belgium. The taste, however, isn't sour.

Perhaps the beer simply tastes like a wheat beer with lemon and citrus notes. Overall, I liked the first few sips much more than the sips which had followed. 7:26PM ET
