After finishing my meal at Show Dogs, I decided to get a half pint of beer. Of the options I could discern, I decided to just go with the leftmost beer - the one by Harmonic Brewing.
Whatever a Kolsch entails, the beer was a transparent, light yellow and had a wheat and/or pale ale smell. Taking some extra sniffs, I instead discerned a lemon or, more generally, citrus scent.
In any case, it had a strong taste with a light amount of carbonation and left little to no lacing.
Although the beer was enjoyable as I drank it, when I was done it left a slightly bitter aftertaste. 7:39PM PT
