I came to Bishop Cidercade today and I started off with a fifty-fifty blend of Bishop Checkmate and Bishop Very Cherry. 10:16 PM CT

The employee/bartender said the Checkmate is very sweet on its own. While I didn't have the Checkmate on its own, I had enjoyed the sample mix, and so I went ahead and got cup of it. 10:16 PM CT
The drink was so good. 11:22 PM CT
Afterwards I had a Bishop Guava Ginger.
