I'd probably enjoy the Red Stag better chilled and straight.

Over a year has passed, and I'd like to update this post by saying I usually enjoy a simple, but delicious rum and coke. For those looking for something a little different, I sometimes get a fuzzy navel, or some sort of variation on it.

Website Information:
Through a slow infusion process, our distillers start with our fine four-year-old Jim Beam® Bourbon and then infuse it with natural flavors. The result is the distinctive taste of Jim Beam® complemented with hints of black cherry, honey tea, or cinnamon spice, a bourbon like nothing you've experienced before. Sometimes the uncharted path delivers the greatest rewards.

Red Stag by Jim Beam's smooth, well-rounded taste is delicious mixed or straight up.

RED STAG BLACK CHERRY
A hint of black cherry for a bourbon that's
anything but subtle.

TASTE: NOTES OF CORN AND MELLOW OAK ACCENTED BY A HINT OF BLACK CHERRY FOR SMOOTHNESS AND BALANCE

FINISH: SATINY WITH A TRUE BOURBON WARMTH.

One of the recipes on the Jim Bean website is "Red Stag & Cola":
Ingredients:
3 parts Red Stag by Jim Beam® Infused Bourbon
4 parts Cola

Mixing:
Pour Red Stag by Jim Beam® into 16 oz. glass half filled with ice. Fill glass with cola, stir lightly and serve.
