My friend sent me a text saying "For the record, I prefer Yuengling to Blue Moon." At first I thought our opinions differed, but from my Leinenkugel's Sunset Wheat post, I made it clear to myself that I also prefer Yuengling to Blue Moon Belgian White.

This beer was from Maxie's Pizza Bar & Grille. My friend and I were gonna get it on tap, but the bar ran out. The Yuengling came after I had a Heavy Seas Loose Cannon and a mixed drink, so that might have affected the taste.

Sinan and I watched the Superbowl game at Hopkins Deli. We had food and a six-pack of Yuengling. As of 20110420, I don't remember how many bottles I had; I probably had two.

Two cups, each from a different pitcher of Yuengling at PJ's Pub.

Don't take that comment negatively, because I definitely enjoy Yuengling. One possibility is that beer might taste differently from the tap than out of the bottle. Another is the food I ordered might not have been compatible with the beer.

(Since 1829) Yuengling Traditional Lager (Original Amber Beer)(by America's Oldest Brewery)(12 FL OZ)(D.G. yuengling & Son, Inc. Pottsville, PA 17901) [Can]
= The taste is okay. Neither bitter nor fizzy. Maybe my mouth was dry from working out. I thought I liked Yuengling as a common beer you get at a bar, but maybe I like Blue Moon better.
