Milk Stout
Our first nitro beer is now available in cans. Just pour as directed, behold the wizardry and enjoy the mindblowing mouthful that we call Nitro Merlin Milk Stout.
Master The Surge Pour
To enjoy this beer to the fullest, you want to master the surge pour. Just invert the can three times, then pour hard into the glass. This way, you can experience the “theater of the pour” with a brilliant cascading effect and a creamy foam that makes drinking Nitro Merlin Milk Stout all the more delicious.
Nitro Wizardry
The wizardry comes via “nitro,” the brewing nickname for nitrogen gas. A nitro beer contains more nitrogen gas and less carbon dioxide (CO2) gas compared to a traditional beer. The signatures of nitro beers are brilliant clarity in the glass; thick, long-lasting foam; and a smooth, creamy mouthfeel—all qualities that accentuate and enhance the classic milk stout character.
Milk & Cookies
Keep an eye out for our series of nationwide “Milk & Cookies” promotions in collaboration with Brown Butter Cookie Company, a beloved family operation located in our backyard of California’s Central Coast. It’s the ultimate pairing—and it’s coming to a store or bar near you.
