Here at the Spring Fair, there really aren't many "good" beer options in the Beer Garden. Given the selection, I decided to buy enough tickets and try both the Summer Shandy and the Flying Dog Under Dog.

When I received the beer, I had heard the name as "Brandywine Something Beer." The beer had a fresh citrus smell and a citrus taste. I pinned it as a lemon flavor. Eventually, I figured it was probably Leinenkugel's Summer Shandy; besides the lemon flavor, "Shandy" does sound like "Brandy." 10:03 PM CT
I was later asked if I wanted another drink and I picked a different beer, but I believe, due to a mix-up, that I ended up receiving another Summer Shandy. In my quest to determine the identity of this second beer, I went to the bartender and asked if he could tell me what it was by its appearance. He replied saying that he couldn't, but that it was probably a Summer Shandy or Blue Moon. Since it definitely didn't taste like a Blue Moon, it was more likely to be the Summer Shandy. The odd part was that it didn't quite taste like a Summer Shandy either! With that being said, it had a citrus taste. I bet it was because I was expecting to drink the beer I had chosen which would not have had a citrus flavor. 11:13 PM CT
