Elysian Space Dust IPA

20170921:
Today Ada and I went to eat at a restaurant called Pedro's and I was considering to order a beer. And since the menu only specified the beer as Elysian IPA, I inquired on the beer's full brand with the waitress. Although she didn't know on the spot, she went to find out and came back with half an answer. Fortunately, I had looked up the possibilities and was able to make sense of what she said: "Space Dust."

Elysian Space Dust IPA - just arrived.

In any case, it was aromatic and had a hoppy smell. The taste matched the smell.

There was some bitterness throughout the sip and every sip ended with a lingering bitterness. However, the flavor was worth the bitterness. With that being said, perhaps I've grown accustomed to the (bitterness) flavor of an IPA. 6:48PM PT

Overall, this beer was good.

Elysian Space Dust IPA - all gone

While I would drink it again, given the choice between the Elysian Space Dust IPA and a beer similar to the Elysian Peste Chocolate Chili Ale,* I would choose the latter. In general, there are more complex and more balanced beers than this one. 7:46PM PT

*I say "beer similar to" because the Peste Chocolate Chili Ale itself was a limited release.
